Arrival Policy
- For a seamless check-in experience, we kindly request that you arrive at LATHERED 10 minutes before your scheduled dog grooming session. This will provide you with sufficient time to complete a short intake process with your groomer.
- We offer convenient drop-off & pick-up options! Need to drop off in the morning and pick-up after work? We have you covered!
Cancellation & Missed Session Policy
- To reserve an appointment at LATHERED, we require payment details (credit card, gift card, or series) at the time of booking.
- In case you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify LATHERED by text or email at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your pet's session. This policy applies to each pet with a reserved appointment.
- Please bear in mind that as professional groomers, our availability relies on keeping appointments with our furry clients – missed bookings can have a significant impact and prevent us from accommodating other guests.
Session Reservations
- All session reservations are held with a method of payment (credit card, gift card, or series) at the time of scheduling.
- We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, and card. Please note that any returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $35 fee. We will be unable to provide further services until this fee has been settled.
Vaccinations & Veterinary Information
- At LATHERED, your pet's safety is our top priority, and as such, we require verification of their current rabies vaccination expiration date.
